At NovaLink Connect, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased eSIM plans once the
activation process has started or the eSIM has been used.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, such as:
• Technical issues directly caused by our platform.
• Failure to deliver the eSIM profile after a successful payment.
• Network unavailability due to server errors on our side.
3. Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase
with your order details and the reason for your request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
• eSIMs that have been successfully activated and used.
• Change of mind after purchase.
•Data packages with partial usage.
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
